Upon discovering a triple peanut, one must first present the peanut in question to the nearest bystander for verification. Upon successful verification, it is customary to extend one's fist in the direction of whomever provided said verification and speak aloud the words "triple peanut", at which time the aforementioned verification provider is expected to make a fist of his own and slowly but firmly tap the front of his fist into the front of the peanut-finder's fist while simultaneously speaking aloud the words "triple peanut" in kind.
